Eats and Workouts
Ayer I had a Green Monster for lunch which had:
- 1/2 Banana
- 1/2 Kashi Oatmeal
- Chocolate LMM
- Peanut Butter
I was feeling sick ayer so my coworker who I have given the title of my “at work boyfriend” lol got me some Airborne =)
I knew that I had no energy to Workout when I got home so I decided to do laundry. Before heading upstairs, I double checked the laundry room to make sure the LARGE washing machine was empty and it was… SCORE! I ran upstairs took the sheets off the beds, gathered all the towels and clothes and carried my 30.4 lb bag (yeah I weighed it) down four flights and one more flight down to the basement, only to find the machine in use WTF!!!!!!! I was not going to go back up again with that bag so I tossed some of the things in a smaller machine and
paced like a mad woman waited patiently for my neighbor to remove their things from the machine. I didn’t get done with all of my laundry until 8ish grrrrr
I WAS able to get the LARGE dryer… as my neighbor rolled his eyes at me and grunted while he tossed his clothes in the smaller dryers. It COULD have been his but he came down 15 minutes AFTER his clothes were washed so Karma screwed him over (gotta love that Karma) so I tossed everything in there for over an hour so I could run upstairs and make din din.
This is for you Luigi lol. I had WW Pasta with Mushrooms, Onions, and Red Pepper in Peanut Butter, Sesame Teriyaki Sauce, and Chili Bean Sauce. I love this combo!
I was too tired and felt under the weather so I skipped an evening workout.
This morning I almost didn’t workout again but I decided to do Turbo Jam Cardio Party at a lower intensity and managed to complete the whole workout and burned 394 Calories.
For Breakfast I just had Chobani Honey Yogurt with 1/2 a Banana, and Peanut Butter with my usual Coffee. My friend in California loves to hear me say coffee…he says that I sound like such a NY’er… “Cawfee”
Ohhhh I almost forgot, I wanted to share my quick low fat no bake Lemon Cheesecake recipe. I make this for EVERY holiday =) I promise this is the easiest recipe EVER lol.
I found this on Kraft’s website a few years back and it has been a staple for every family gathering. I will be making two of these for mañana
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Fat Free Cream Cheese, softened
1 tsp. CRYSTAL LIGHT Lemonade Flavor Low Calorie Soft Drink Mix
1/4 cup cold fat free milk
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping, thawed
1 ready-to-use reduced fat graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz. or 9 inch)
BEAT cream cheese and drink mix in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended and smooth. Gradually add milk, mixing until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spoon into crust.
REFRIGERATE 4 hours or until firm. Garnish with fruit, if desired.
