Ayer for Lunch I ordered a Caesar Salad with dressing on the side and no Croutons and added 4 Fried Shrimp, Sundried Tomatoes, and Shaved (fresh) Parm
This tasted delish!
When I got home I was not really hungry so I just threw some Morningstar Farms "Buffalo Wings" in the oven and topped it with 2% Cheddar Cheese and a side of BBQ Sauce
I was so sad that I didn't have PB and couldn't make my "cookie dough" but then I remembered that I had frozen Bananas in the Freezer and made "ice cream". I blended 1/2 a frozen Banana with 1/2 scoop of Vanilla LMM, FF Milk, and packet of Splenda. I threw it in the freezer for about an hour....and voila
Before bed I did Power Pilates and burned 82 Calories in 20 minutes.This morning I woke up and heard my neighbor downstairs talking and I was preparing myself to get into it with him once I start working out but thankfully nothing happened lol. I did Boost Your Metabolism and burned 490 Calories in 55 minutes.
For Breakfast I had 2 Pumpkin Pancakes topped with a Banana and Lite Syrup and my usual coffee. (I MISS MY PB)
