Morning everyone =)
Before I start, I would love any back pain remedies! I am in serious need of some help.
I have a lot to catch up on, so lets get to it...first with Eats
On Saturday after Trick or Treating we went to a Dominican Restaurant which was new to me but apparently my mom and sis go there often because the waitress asked my sister if she wanted her "regular". I started off with one on my fave Dominican drinks "Morir SoƱando" which means Die Dreaming. This drink consists of Milk, Orange Juice, Ice, Sugar, and Vanilla extract...pure bliss. I had a small salad and 1/2 a roll with butter. For the main course, I took my sister's advice and had the Steak with Fries. This steak was so delish.
After the restaurant, we went to my aunt and uncle's house and while I was there, I had another yummy Dominican drink...Malta with condensed Milk =) this is similar to an iced latte but much sweeter.
On Sunday I had 3 Mini Frittatas, 2 Pumpkin Pancakes, and Fruit with Fondue at the Brunch (read previous post). I was so full that din din was a Green Monster with Spinach. 1/2 a Banana, 1 Scoop of LMM, 1 tbsp of JIF Natural PB, Splenda, and Water. I also snacked on PB and Tollhouse Milk Chocolate Chips later in the evening
This morning I had 1 mini Frittata, 1 Pumpkin Pancake with PB, 1/2 a Banana, and Syrup and my usual coffee.
I just had more Tollhouse Chips with PB...thank God the chocolate chips are done now..."bye bye temptation, it was nice to see you but you gotta go!"
Workouts:
On Saturday I did the Circuit at the gym twice and burned 405 Calories and 230 Calories.
On Sunday I played with my Wii Fit and did Boxing, Jogging, and Hula Hooping and burned 348 Calories.
This morning I was going to skip my morning workout but then I read this comment on previous post "Your niece looks adorable... and you look so good in that picture. All of your exercising and careful eating is DEFINITELY paying off. " and I knew I had to do something! Thanks Joanne!!!!!!!
I started to do Boost Your Metabolism and after 25 minutes, I got the sharpest pain on the right side of my back. I had to stop immediately and ended the workout with 35 minutes of Namaste Yoga. This pain started last week after I worked out with my Kettlebell 2 days in a row. It stopped but then on Saturday it came back and I popped pills to make it go away and boom it came back in full force this morning (almost brought me to tears). I want to do more Yoga later today to help with the pain but my friend said I shouldn't but I don't really agree with that. What do you think?
Namaste...
