Eats and Workouts
Ayer for Lunch I had a Spinach Wrap with Fried Shrimp, Marinated Artichoke Hearts, Mushrooms, and a little bit of Marinara Sauce
I skipped my afternoon workout but did do laundry and DID carry a 23 pound bag (yup I weighed it) up and down 4 flights of stairs =)
On Sunday, I had some fruit left over from the brunch and was about to toss them out but my mom suggested that I should freeze them and just use them in a smoothie. Seriously, why didn't I think of that? I already freeze fruit for smoothies lol. Anyways I used the fruit ayer to make a smoothie for din din. The smoothie consisted of Banana, Strawberries, Pineapple, Apples, and Vanilla LMM. It made so much that I have another serving for din din tonight, do you think it will taste fine?
After dinner I snacked on Quaker Mini Delights AND some Count Chocula l0l
This morning I did 30 Day Shred Level 2, 1 Mile of Start Walking, and 10 minutes of Yoga Stretches for my back and burned 417 Calories.
For Breakfast I had a Mini Frittata, with 2% Cheddar Cheese, Bacon, and Potato and Granny Smith Apple with PB and my usual Coffee
