What Is It That You Want??

So I have been having issues with my downstairs neighbor. The other day when I was leaving my apartment, I bumped into him in the hallway and he mentioned the noise coming from my apartment and I reminded him that I am working out AND that I use my mat and then he mentioned noises at odd hours etc and even asked if I can workout in the afternoon/evening. I let it go but when I got into the office, I realized that the noises he is hearing at odd hours is not me but the crazy women who lives next door to me so I decided to write him a little note explaining this to him.

Ayer when I got home I was in the mood to DANCE (one of my fave cardios) and since my neighbor mentioned that he preferred that I workout in the afternoon, I assumed it would NOT be a problem. I got dressed, put my mat down and danced around my living room (in socks). GRANTED the music was blasting but seriously it was 5ish. I was 55 minutes into it and I started to hear "BOOM BOOM BOOM". I lowered the music and it was the dude downstairs banging on his ceiling grrrrr. I was so PISSED that I yelled "ALRIGHT!". I tried to let it go but it was bugging me so I walked my bum downstairs to confront him (I am from NY, that's what we do) and he would not open the door GRRRRRRRRRRRR. But things got better because around 1 in the morning, I was awoken by loud noises and vibrations. I seriously thought it was an earthquake but nope, crazy women next door strikes again. She was jumping up and down her apartment and just making SO much noise...she is NUTS! Whenever the man under her, is playing music or watching tv too loudly (for her) she starts to jump around and stomping like a crazy women. With my luck; the dude downstairs thought it was me lol.

Eats and Workouts

Ayer for Lunch I ordered Grilled Eggplant with 4 Fried Shrimp and a side of Marinara...do you guys get bored that I repeat a lot of my meals??? I am a creature of habit

Like I mentioned above, when I got home I danced around for 55 minutes and burned 372 Calories.

For din din I had left over Smoothie but it tasted fo to me (fo is yuck is Spanish) so I just drank 1/2 of it and tossed the rest out.

I ended the night with nice bowl of "cookie dough" which is just a nice way of saying PB with LMM, splash of FF Milk, and Splenda. This is so good that I went back for 2nds later in the evening. This is the perfect dessert on Protein Days =)

This morning I did Jillian's Kickboxing and "I Want Those Arms" and burned 368 Calories in 40 minutes. I was waiting for him to start banging again lol

For Breakfast I had a Banana and my last Mini Frittata and my usual coffee. Dude I am having PB withdrawals! I ran out and I refuse to go to the store just to get PB since I have to go tomorrow to do my weekly shopping...this will be a sad SAD day =(

I love all the songs/ and genres that you guys mentioned ayer on my previous post. I was in a "mood" at work and kept watching videos on youtube to snap out of it. I watched a whole bunch of Madonna videos ohhh and Michael Buble (yums) and other random 80's songs lol. I foresee some more video watching today lol
ohhh one more thing....
