Eats and Workouts
I guess my Chipotle Salad filled me up because I didn't even eat din din last night. Some people do Brunch, I like to do "linner" too lol.
Before bed I popped in my Garden State CD and did Rael Pilates System 17 and burned 99 Calories in 35 minutes.
I did 30 Day Shred Level 1, 2 Circuits of Level 2, and cooled down with 10 minutes of Warrior Poses and burned 420 Calories in 1 Hour.
For Breakfast I had Oikos Honey Yogurt, 1 Banana, and PB with my usual coffee.
I have a question for you guys...We all use blog rolls/lists to help promote blogs that we frequent and love (and also to remember them). If you add someone to your blog list and notice that they don't do the same, do you remove them from yours??? Do you think if someone adds you to theirs it is only right to do the same...just wondering =)
