Good morning everyone! I am having a serious case of the Mondays pero I am sure it will pass (hopefully)
The last time we chatted, I was getting ready for my aunt’s surprise party and I foresaw a lot of wine in my future and boy was I right! I drank a 1.5 Litter of wine (oops). I was soooooooooooooo tipsy or as my family says “I was Happy” VERY HAPPY. Fist Pumping was involved lol. Here are some pics of the party….I needed these to remember what happened lol

This is what I remember from the party, the rest of the party is a blur but I was told that I was really HAPPY, DANCING, FIST PUMPING, and LAUGHING! Oh and I was jumping to “I Gotta A Feeling” By the BEP and my boob kinda sorta made an appearance but my sister played interference and blocked it…THANKS JENN!!!!!! but besides THAT it sounds like I had a Fabulous time lol
I got home around 3 am, popped some Aspirin and went to sleep.

Sunday morning I woke up a little light headed but thankfully not in too much pain. I do think that I was still a little tipsy because I felt a tad loopy. I managed to make some Pumpkin Pancakes (with spices) with 1/2 a banana, light syrup, and PB
I then downloaded some new tunes on my Itouch….
I wanted to put my new pots and pans to good use so I cooked some Brown Rice and Beans for Lunch
Later in the evening, I used them again to make din din which consisted of Apple/Cranberry Dressing, Roasted Brussels Sprouts in EVOO, Garlic, and Salt, and Baked Tofu in Sesame Teriyaki Sauce, and Szechuan Hot Paste
I also snacked on A LOT of Protein Cookie Dough during day

This morning I was planning to do Jillian’s Wii workout but my Alarm took a vacation and never went off so I ended up waking up after 8am! oops.
For Breakfast I had Oats in a Jar with 1/2 a Banana, and my usual coffee.
I hope to workout this evening but I am training that new lady so I might get home too late =( but we’ll see.

What a great family!! Gotta have those good time late nights for sure! Usually they end badly for me - I come home and eat anything(!) in the kitchen around and then wake up the next morning with a headache, spend the day on the couch watching movies and eating cookies and kraft dinner . Ha! Oh Lord.
Looks like you had such a blast! And I've been wanting to make my own cranberry sauce....I might just have to give it a try :-)
