Breakfast for Din Din

Good Morning Everyone! It is pretty chilly on this end but at least there is no snow on the ground =) Did I mention that me no likey the snow??? because I DON’T ha. I am wearing Green today so maybe I am the Grinch lol…I kid I kid. Actually after work I am taking my niece to see this HUGE house in my old neighborhood. They decorate it sooooo nicely and they have a donations box for kids with Cancer. It should be fun =)

Eats and Workouts 

Ayer for Lunch I had 1 cup of Spanish Style Roman Beans with Onions and Peppers and 1/2 a cup of Brown Rice

When I got home I did 40 minutes with my Wii Step and then did 20 minutes of Toning with it which included:

  • Lunges
  • Planks
  • Torso Twist
  • Squats with Rows
  • Jack Knifes

And burned a total of 442 Calories

For din din I was craving Pumpkin Pancakes so why not just go with it. I ended up having 2 Pumpkin Pancakes with PB, Syrup and 1/2 a Banana

And for Dessert I had cookie dough with 1 tbsp of PB, 1/2 scoop of LMM, Splenda, and Water

This morning I did 40 minutes of Boost Your Metabolism and burned 383 calories

For Breakfast I had Kashi Oatmeal with 1/2 a Banana and PB and my usual coffee =)

My boss still has that nasty cough… I might need an alibi for this afternoon lol
