I tried to “behave” ayer and packed my own lunch. I had Brown Rice with Black Beans, Onions, and Peppers. I love the smell of beans simmering for hours and hours =) it reminds me of when I was younger and living at home.

When I got home from work I did 30 minutes with my Wii Step and 20 minutes of Upper Body Toning and burned 374 Calories
For din din I had a Green Monster with a Banana, Spinach, 1 Scoop of LMM, PB, and Splenda
I got the Christmas itch last night and decided to decorate my apartment. I wish I could leave this up all year round lol
This morning I did 30 Day Shred Level 3 and burned 234 Calories and for Breakfast I just had Chobani Honey Yogurt with 1/2 a Banana and PB with my usual coffee
I packed my own lunch (same as ayer) and plan to have a GM for din din again…can somebody say Déjà vu lol
BTW my boss did it to me again. My coworker tm’ed me last night to tell me that he will be out because my boss will be out today. And guess who is here???? I’m going to kick him lol…I kid I kid =)
