Inspired….

Hey! I hope everyone is keeping warm on this cold COLD morning…my hands are still warming up lol brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. I would love some Hot Cocoa right now =) with MARSHMALLOWS

Eats & Workouts

Ayer for Lunch I had 1/2 a cup of Brown Rice with 1 cup of Spanish Style Roman Beans with Onions and Peppers, I’m sorry of the same meals but I am trying not to order out (to save money and calories) and I make a huge pot for the week =)

For Dessert I had another Chobani Yogurt…this time I tried Strawberry flavored. I loved this one too but I think I prefer the Peach a little bit more, only because I never really find a Peach Yogurt that I like.

This one also had great Stats! I love that Greek Yogurt is packed with Protein =) nutition_strawberry

Like I mentioned last week, one of my favorite things about blogging is discovering new things and ayer was no different. I found myself inspired by so many differ blogs and I knew exactly what I wanted to make for din din. But first I had to make a quick stop to the Supermarket to get some of the things I needed for din din and the rest of the weekend

The Cranberries were on sale 2 for $5 but I was afraid that it would go to waste since I live alone and it would be pretty hard to consume two bags of Cranberries lol but then I saw this “Buy Two Freeze One” GREAT IDEA! DSCN3795

I was first inspired by Mansana whom is always eating Brussels Sprouts and whenever I read her blog, I have such a craving for them (I love to have them roasted). Then I was inspired by Amanda who made this yummy Cranberry/Apple Dressing that I knew I just had to make. And for dessert I wanted a PB & Chocolate open faced Sandwich which is always featured on Sarah's blog. And no evening is complete without some “Cookie Dough” and I have to thank April for introducing this combo to me.

First I coated the the Brussels Sprouts in EVOO, Garlic, and Salt and tossed them in the oven for about 40 minutes on 350 Degrees.  I then boiled 1/2 a cup of water with Splenda and tossed in half a bag of Cranberries and one Peeled and Sliced Gala Apple and let it cook until the sauce became thick; this made about 2 servings.

I love the Holiday Colors in this meal lol

For Dessert, I toasted one slice of White WW Bread and spread 1 tbsp of Natural PB and sprinkled 1 tbsp of Nestle Milk Chocolate Chips

And later in the evening for the “cookie dough” I used 2 tbsps of PB with 1 scoop of Chocolate LMM, Water, and SplendaDSCN3778

Have you been inspired by any other bloggers recently and if so, how?

Before bed I did Namaste Yoga: Dancing Sun Sequence.

This morning I slept in, once again…is anyone else having problems getting up in the morning since the change of season? do you have any tips???

I snuck in 20 minutes of Kettlebell and burned 201 Calories. Something is better than nothing =)

I think next week I am going to do a Morning Workout Challengedoes anyone want to join me? It will start on Monday morning and all you have to do is workout for at least 45 minutes before heading to work. Hopefully this will set the tone for the rest of the winter.

For Breakfast I had Oats in the Jar! with 1/2 a Banana and my regular coffee =)
