Hey Everyone!!!!! TGIF TGIF TGIF!!!!! (I had to get that out of my system lol) I hope everyone is having a wonderful morning =)
I don’t have any plans this weekend besides working at the gym mañana and then going to my mom’s house after. They are predicting some nieve mañana grrrrrrrr but it’s not supposed to stick; Thank God. I am not a huge fan of too much snow; I get really nervous when I have to drive in it.
Eats and Workouts:
Ayer for Lunch I had more Black Beans with Onions and Peppers and Brown rice. I also had 1/2 a Banana with it. I don’t know about you guys but I grew up having a Banana whenever I ate rice and beans…it might be a Dominican thing since Bananas are like Platanos and that is is our national fruit lol
My favorite thing about blogging is swapping health and fitness tips, I love learning new things such as Oats in the Jar, Green Monster, etc. Earlier this week Jess from Fit Chick in the City put this great Workout on her page and I could not wait to try it. I was a tad tired ayer but I knew I wanted to give this workout a shot and OMG I loved it! Thank you Jess for a kick ass workout! It took me about 15 minutes to complete it and I burned around 145 Calories and then I cooled down with Namaste Yoga and burned a total of 244 Calories.
After my workout, I cooled down with din din which was a Green Monster. This one had Spinach, 1/2 a Banana, 1 scoop of LMM, PB, and Splenda
While I boiled some WW Pasta
This morning I woke up and did 40 minutes with my Wii Fit Step while holding 3 lbs weights and elevated it from the floor and burned 378 calories. I watched some of that new show “Jersey Shore” on MTV while I worked out… did anyone else watch this? I love Bad Reality TV like the Real World (and all the challenges), Bad Girls, etc… don’t judge =)
For Breakfast I had Oats in the Jar!!!!! WOOHOOOOOO. I wont ever get tired of this lol
I guess I should go do some work lol…
