The Power of Buddha

Hey hey hey! TGIW! I am so happy that the work week is coming to an end =). Sorry for being MIA ayer, I took the day off to take my car to the mechanic and run some errands with my momma.

Lets start where we left off, on Monday afternoon.

I was in a semi funk on Monday and really had no urge to be here but then the mailman made it all better! My fabulous girly, April sent me some yummy treats! DSCN4049

Did I mention that she baked these alllll herself? She is amazing. The batch included “Just for Mari” cookies which were made with Splenda, Pumpkin, and Trail Mix (YUUUUMS), as well as homemade M&M and Oatmeal-Date cookies, OH and Eat Clean Banana Bread! These all taste AMAZING! THANK YOU APRIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For Lunch on Monday I had Spanish Style Roman Beans with Onions and Peppers and 1/2 a cup of Rice and 1/2 a Banana.


And for Dessert, I had some cookies =)DSCN4055

For Din Din I had Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Apple and Cranberry Dressing and Protein Cookie Dough for Dessert

Ayer I was craving Pumpkin Pancakes but then I discovered that my Pumpkin was turning Moldy UGH! But I still wanted to make them so instead I just used a lot of Pumpkin Spice, as well as Vanilla Extract and Splenda, and they tasted just as good! I topped them with PB, 1/2 a Banana, and Lite Syrup


After breakfast my mom and I went to Sprint because the power button on my phone is not working =(. It turns out that I need a new phone so hopefully I will have it before the end of the week. After Sprint we went to Daffy’s and I came across this Buddha that was so cute. I am not sure if it is offensive but I like him and I hope I am not offending anyone who is Buddhist. My mom put a dollar in his hand to bring me good luck and it worked because later in the evening, I got a new client to train in her home!


He is right at home lol


After shopping we went to Panera Bread for Lunch. I got 1/2 a Turkey Artichoke Sandwich on Focaccia and French Onion Soup with no Croutons

After lunch we ran some more errands and then went to get my car and this is when things took a bad turn lol (literally). The mechanic is a block away from a High School and when we went to get my car, school was letting out and these kids were having snowball fights and not paying attention so when my mom was making a turn, one of the guys yelled at my mom “move this piece of shit car out of the way!” I got so upset that I instinctively jumped out of the car and went to confront him, we started to yell at one another and school safety had to come and basically tell him to shut up and respect me etc. I don’t let ANYONE talk to my mom that way, I didn’t even care that this kid was like 6 feet tall lol

After that I went back home and used my aggression to have a kick ass workout! I did Boost Your Metabolism and I want those Arms and I want those Abs and burned 702 Calories! Thanks Kid!

For Din Din I had Pastele with Ketchup and Cranberry/ Apple Dressing


And Protein Cookie Dough for Dessert



This Morning I had a short workout because I had to run some errands before coming into work. I did 20 minutes with my Kettle Bell and burned 203 Calories while I watched Bad Girls Club. Did anyone watch this??? I love the drama lol

For Breakfast I had Chobani Blueberry Yogurt with PB and one of April’s Oatmeal cookies crumbled on top…this was so freaking good! I love mixing everything together so I get a yummy spoonful every time lol


I guess I should go do some work…but I have horrible cramps and all I want to do is get in fetal position and take a nap lol…
