Hey loves! This is going to be a super quick post because my sister and niece are on their way over to make some cookies on this snowy day.
Eats and Workouts
Ayer for lunch I had a cup of Roman Beans with Onions and Pepper and a Pastele with Ketchup.
After work I ran errands and then came home and I was craving Brussels Sprouts. I had them in EVOO, Salt, and Garlic with Cranberry and Apple Dressing, and more Beans.
This morning I woke up and they said on the news that the snow would start around 10 so my friend offered to work for me since she lives much closer and is a sweetheart!!!!! THANK YOU DEBS!!!!
I did 1 hour with my Wii Fit Step with hand weights and elevated and I Want Those Arms and burned 660 Calories. For Breakfast I had a Green Monster with Spinach, 1/2 a Banana, PB, LMM, 1/2 Kashi Oats, and Splenda.
My mom reminded me that today was Hailey's first Ballet Recital so of course I went to go see my homefries =). She was fabulous darling...fabulous lol
For lunch I came back home and made my famous PB Pasta but this time I had to use Szechuan Hot Paste because I ran out of Chili Bean Sauce and the supermarket didn't have any. This actually tasted very similar. For dessert I had leftover Cranberry and Apple dressing, oh and some "cookie dough"
Well I am off to do some "baking"..stay warm and please stay indoors if you can, it is nasty out there so be safe!
