Always Time For a Quickie!

Hey loves!!!! This is going to be a quick post because I have to go do my Wii workout AND go to the gym and train for my 5K.

Eats & Workouts

The last time we left off I was just about to have lunch…and as usual I had my 1/2 a cup of Brown Rice with Black Beans with Onions and Peppers.


And for dessert I had my new favorite Yogurt, Pineapple Chobani! this is amazing. DSCN4641

After work I headed to my gym for the Gold Sale and I made 280 BUCKS!!!!! YAY (((((perfect strangers HAPPY DANCE))))))))))

For Din Din I made my Mooshu veggies since it was so good the day before


I also had 2 servings of Protein Cookie Dough


I felt like crap and wanted to stay home but I went to the gym with Mo and did 40 minutes on the Elliptical and 5 minutes stretch and burned a total of 533 Calories. I thought I was going to puke a couple of times but thankfully I didn’t! I don’t want to be that girl lol


This morning I woke up and felt HORRIBLE so I decided to stay home. I have horrible cramps today (TMI)

For breakfast I had Chobani Honey Yogurt with a small Banana and 2 tbsps of PB with my usual Café con Leche.


I was planning to stay home but instead I did a little shopping with my mom.

First we went to Sports Authority and I got my sneakers!!!! Asics Gel Kayano 15. I heart the Gel Kayano series; I already have Gel Kayano 13. They were also on sale and I only paid 100 bucks AND I brought the protection for them so if ANYTHING happens to them in the next year and 31 days, I get a new pair. I plan to take them back right before the year is up and getting another pair hehehe


After Sports Authority we went to Marshall’s and I got some new socks.

And a t-shirt for Homefries


Dude they had jil jil workout DVDs (her first series) for dirt cheap but I behaved and didn’t get any of them; I already spent too much today.

After shopping, I came home and made a veggie stir-fry with Brussels, Kale, Onions, Peppers, Mushrooms and with Tofu, Sesame Teriyaki Sauce, PB, and Szechuan Hot Paste.

FYI! I am not sure if you guys heard about the Tylenol recall. I just had to return my meds because they were part of it. You should check to see if you have any bad things in your medicine cabinet.
