I Can’t Stop Popping!

Hey loves!!!!!

I have reached new levels of soreness! This morning I woke up and it felt like I was riding a horse all night! I am still feeling the pain from my Sunday workout at the gym. AND Jil Jil thought today was a perfect day to do a lower body workout…that B*tch! At some points, I didn’t know if it was sweat or tears streaming down my face lol. Thankfully her workout went pretty fast and I burned 282 Calories in 33 minutes.

Before coming into work, I stopped at CVS and picked up some Airborne and Tylenol Muscle Aches & Pain…I don’t think they kicked in yet lol.

For Breakfast this morning, I had a bowl of Kashi Oatmeal with PB and Raisins and my usual café on the side.


And for lunch I just finished eating 1/2 a cup of Brown Rice with 1 cup of Spanish Style Black Beans with Onions and Peppers. Luigi these are not spicy and coconutty but you got me intrigued to try this! I might do that next week =) do you have any recipes???

For Dessert, I packed a bag of Popchips! Okay I will say this disclaimer…JUST because a company sends me samples does not guarantee that I am going to give them a great review…I have to keep my integrity. With that said….I LOVED THESE! I decided to try the Sea Salt & Vinegar first and it was love at first bite lol.


Each bite was PACKED with flavor and very crunchy! I was scared that they would be soft/mushy because they are not fried but my skepticism soon vanished once I gave them a try.


And are they healthy?!?! HELL YEA!

where's the fat?

We don't fry it (unhealthy). We don't bake it (undelicious). We take wholesome potatoes, add a little heat and pressure, and pop! It's a chip. The only thing added is a flavorful blend of seasonings for a snack so delicious and crispy, you won't even notice it's (we hesitate to say) healthier.

What's out? More than half the fat of fried potato chips, trans fats, and cholesterol. All gone. For good. What's popped in? Only what's natural, tons of delicious, and plenty of crunch.
