Good morning everyone!!!!! I hope you are all having a great Tuesday! I have a migraine and I blame it on Karma. I woke up this morning at 6:15 to workout but found myself back in bed until 7:30 and instead of getting ready to come into work, I decided to workout and come in late. Now I have a headache and I think Karma decided to play a little trick on me.
Eats & Workouts
Ayer for Lunch I made my own version of Moo Shu Veggies. First I sautéed Kale, Brussels, Mushroom, Onions, and Peppers in Oil, Salt, and Garlic…Moo Shu is made with eggs but I decided to use Tofu instead. I then seasoned it with Szechuan Hot Paste, Sesame Teriyaki Sauce, and PB. I warmed up a tortilla and tossed everything on top. Another delicious meal!
Later in the evening I went to train my client and managed to burned 281 Calories.
When I got home I made mashed potatoes with 1 Potato, FF Milk, Salsa, 2% Mexican Blend Cheese, and Reduced Fat Sour Cream
This should have been the end of my eats for the day but I was STARVING; probably because I burned 971 Calories in Workouts so I found myself snacky and ate a few bowls of Protein Cookie Dough
I ended up consuming around 1750 Calories and burning 970…not that bad.
This morning I did Jillian’s Wii Game Workout which focused on Lower Body and burned 277 Calories 33 Minutes.
For Breakfast I just had Kashi Oatmeal with PB and Raisins and my usual Café con Leche on the side.
I need to get some new sneakers ASAP! I woke up this morning with pain on my left heel and I am scared it will develop plantar fasciitis like the right. We are having another gold party at the gym today and I am taking a couple of pieces; hopefully I can use the money to get some new sneakers ((((fingers crossed)))))
I’m at work right now and it feels like the last 2 weeks of Senior Year in High school; I don’t feel like doing anything! hahaha
