Weekend Round Up

Hey loves! We have soooooo much to catch up on! Also if you haven't already done so, please check out my 400th Q&A Post… maybe I answered your question =)

We have three days worth of Eats and Workouts to talk about!

Friday

After lunch my jefe surprised me with a piece of Tiramisu

This tasted so freaking good! it was so moist and delish!

After work I rushed home and changed and then headed to the gym with my sister. I did 40 minutes on the Elliptical and 30 minutes of upper body and burned 720 Calories (My Birthday lol)

For din din we went to get KFC, my plan was to get grilled chicken but they were all out and it was an hour wait to get it but my mom and niece were waiting for us so I ended up just eating a Chicken Breast, Mashed Potatoes, Cole Slaw, and a Biscuit.

Saturday

I worked at the gym in the morning and had a Green Monster for breakfast with Spinach, 1/2 a Banana, 1 Scoop of Chocolate LMM

While at the gym I did the circuit and burned 253 Calories.

For Lunch I made a Tofu and Veggie Stir-fry with Brussels,Onions, Pepper, and Kale with PB, Szechuan Hot Paste and Sesame Teriyaki Sauce

I also tried another bag of Pop Chips, this time I tried the Original Flavor. This was another winner! I love how crispy these chips are…I think this one would go great with some sort of dip.

Saturday night my sis and I were planning to make Shrimp Fajitas and watch a movie. We went to the supermarket and brought everything we needed.

I started to cook everything but once it was done we noticed a “fishy” smell in the shrimp which grossed us both out and we tossed it all out! We went back to the supermarket and gave din din another try. This time I made Chicken Quesadillas with home made guacamole, salsa and reduced fat sour cream. I don’t know if it was because we were starving but this tasted AMAZING!

Confession Time: I was so tired on Saturday that I never did one of Jillian’s workouts…

Sunday

For Breakfast I had Pumpkin Spice Pancakes with lite Syrup, 1 small Banana, and PB

For Lunch I made a Veggie Fajita with Cheese and Salsa and Sour cream on the side.

I tried another bag of Pop Chips with Lunch, this time it was Sour Cream and Onion. This also tasted very good…but I have to say that Salt and Vinegar still has my heart lol

I didn’t have an actual din din because I snacked on Protein Cookie Dough during the evening and was not that hungry for din din.

Later in the evening I did Jillian’s Wii Game and burned 296 Calories in 40 minutes.

This morning I woke up at 6:15 and did 30 Shred Level 1 and burned 198 Calories. I then showered and went to gym with my sis.

I DID IT! I DID IT! I started my 5K Training! I actually ran on the treadmill! Granted I held on for the whole time but shoot at least I did it! It felt so good when I was done. After the treadmill, I did 25 minutes of Strength Training and burned 492 Calories. Can I just say how proud I am of my sister! She has been so dedicated lately and it is so great that she goes to the gym with me…this is what I always wanted!

After the gym, I came home and had OIAJ!!!!!

Today has been such a busy day…I took my car to the mechanic and walked to get my taxes done, then walked to get Koko’s meds and then walked home. I just walked to get my car and now I am cooking Rice and Beans for the week. I have to train my client later tonight so I also need to do up a routine for her…crap it is 1:40 and I still didn’t have lunch yet lol…

  13. Congrats on starting the 5K training! I did 10 minutes of Exercise TV yoga yesterday and I totally thoughts of you! I guess you could say that you were my inspiration : ) The eats look great -- especially that tofu stir fry! Yum! And don't ya just hate when KFC is out baked chicken? I know I do ;) Have a great week!

  21. I have wanted to try Pop Chips for a long time but I've been afraid to. Chips are a big weakness for me, especially really crunchy ones, lol. Glad you like them!
