Good morning everyone! I am soooo sleepy…last night when I was trying to go to sleep, I smelled it …Cigarettes! GRRR. I yelled through the walls to my neighbor “YOUR RESOLUTION SHOULD BE TO STOP SMOKING!”. I tried to ignore it so I cocooned myself under the covers and just hoped that I didn’t suffer from 2nd Hand Smoke.
Eats and Workouts
Ayer for din din I had I made Kale Chips in EVOO and Salt with Brussels Sprouts in EVOO, Salt, and Garlic, Tofu in BBQ Sauce, with a little of Apple and Cranberry Dressing
And for Dessert I had 1 Serving of Protein Cookie Dough
Even though I worked out earlier in the day with Jillian, I decided to do something else before bed so I did 30 minutes with my Wii Step (elevated) and Namaste Yoga and burned 353 Calories.
Do you guys light Candles when you do Yoga? I love smelling sweet scented candles when I am finding my Zen lol
This morning I struggled to get out of bed but I managed to do 30 Day Shred Level 2 with 8lb Weights and burned 264 Calories in 28 minutes.
For Breakfast I had Kashi Oatmeal with Raisins and Natural PB
I found these snack size Raisin boxes which are perfect to use in meals. They are only 45 Calories per box.
So I may be out of a job very soon! we have NO MONEY and I refuse to sit here doing work; not knowing if I will get paid for it in two weeks! I already told my boss to let me know because I would like to file for unemployment ASAP. Thank God for my job at the Gym and this new client that I picked up. She already called me to come tonight and scheduled an appt for Thursday too. Maybe this is a sign that I need to do what I LOVE to do; which is TRAIN full time! I will remain positive and take it as it comes…
