I am feeling so much better today and I owe it to an endless consumption of this…Theraflu…
And somewhat healthy eats…
Saturday Lunch; Homemade Quesadilla with Black Beans (w/ onions and peppers) and 2% Mexican Blend Cheese in a Rudi’s Wrap with a side of homemade Guacamole (Avocado, Tomato, Onions, Garlic Powder, Sour Cream, Salt, Hot Sauce) Reduced Fat Sour cream, and Lettuce with Salsa.
With a Starbucks Mocha Frappuccino…yuuuuums
I also decided to make a Fruit Salad with Sweet Condensed Milk, Reduced Fat Cream Cheese, Apple, Pear, Tangerine, and Grapes. Which I ended up eating through out the day and for din din too. It tasted AMAZING but the Sweet Condensed Milk has WAY too many calories…next time I will make it with FF Cool Whip and Reduced Fat Cream Cheese =)
Before Bed I did day 3 of week 4 of C25K but I couldn’t make it to the gym so I did at home with my Wii Fit =) and burned 306 Calories in 40 minutes, including stretch.
This morning I went to the gym with my sister and did day 1 of week 5 of C25K, Captain Chair, Upper Body, and Arc Trainer and burned 571 Calories in 1 Hour. I ran at 5.2 – 6.0 with incline of 1 and walked at 3.5 – 4.0 also with incline of 1, it added up to 2.5 miles in 30 minutes…Sorry for tm’ing you so early Amanda lol (she is my C25K Buddy and we are keeping each other accountable)
For Breakfast I had Kashi Oatmeal with Raisins and PB with my usual Cafe Con Leche
Have I mentioned how much I hate the snow? My car got stuck twice today, when I was trying to get in and out of parking spots..AND we are expecting more snow in the next couple of day…I miss you spring! I miss you so much! please make an appearance…
In Scale News…I have not weighed myself as of yet! I might do it mañana or just wait until March 1st =)
