I had such a kick ass workout this morning! I feel A-MAZING!
I’m sorry if I may have triggered any burger cravings ayer with my last post lol…it’s nice to know that I am not the only one that craves a nice juicy burger from time to time =) Oh and I am NOT the DEVIL, Luigi!!!! lol
Eats and Workouts
Ayer for Lunch I had Campbell’s V8 Butternut Squash…this makes me feel so warm and cozy lol
For din din, I made a Mexican Salad with homemade Guacamole, Beans with Onions and Peppers, Salsa, Reduced Fat Sour cream, 2% Mexican Blend Cheese, and Lettuce…
And for Dessert I made a Fruit Salad with Tangerines, Apples, Grapes, FF Cool Whip, Reduced Fat Cream Cheese, and for some kick, Lemonade Crystal Light
This morning I woke up at 5:40 am and headed to the gym for an early workout. Before I headed out, I had 1 scoop of Chocolate Light Muscle Milk to give me some energy.

We got to the gym so early that I found parking right in front! That NEVER happens!!!! Today I did day 3 of week 5 of C25K which was 5 minute warm-up, 20 minutes of jogging, and 5 minute cool down. I ran at 5.0 with incline of 1 for 15 minutes and for the last 5 minutes, I ran at 5.5 with 1 incline…I did 2.28 Miles. I then did the Elliptical for 15 minutes and upper body; burned a total of 652 Calories. I love that euphoric feeling that I get right after a workout…I feel like Xena! lol
For Breakfast I had Oikos Honey Yogurt with Dried Fruit and PB and my usual Cafe con Leche.
Now I get to loaf around my apartment until I have to go train my client tonight. Ohhh and I might meet a friend tonight but who knows lol…
