I Was Attacked…

Before I get into what happened, let’s do a brief recap. The last time we chatted it was Friday morning…for lunch I ordered a slice of Pizza with Mushrooms, Broccoli, and Spinach with 3 Garlic Knots.

Saturday morning I worked in the gym and had a Rudi’s English Muffin with Reduced Fat Cream Cheese and Honey. I know this is a weird combo but it tasted really good.

After work I ran to CVS to get some Airborne because I was feeling like shit and this is where the attack happened. It was a quiet attack, I didn’t even see it coming. I actually brought the culprit to my home and treated him like a friend but he was no friend of mine…

But before I was attacked, I made myself a Ham and Swiss Sammie with Ketchup and Salt and Vinegar Popchips on the side.

I felt him staring at me while I was eating, it felt like fire…he was calling me over “Maaariette come here”.  I tried to resist it but I had no power over him…

If you see this guy coming near you, Close the door! and shut the lights off because before you know it…you will have bowls and BOWLS of it!

I snacked on this box alllllll day and finished it! 13 servings at 130 Calories Per Serving…you do the math. Oh and let us NOT forget the FF milk that I paired it with. Bad Bad Mari…

I obviously felt like crap and just wanted to loaf on the couch but the guilt was taking over and I managed to do 45 minutes of Plyometrics, Upper Body, and Kettlebell and burned 317 Calories.

Will there ever be a time when I don’t binge????

This morning all I could think about was going to the gym and sweating my ass off. I went with Mo and my sis which is always fun. I started week 4 of C25K and my legs were on fire but I got through it, followed by 5 minutes of incline 10, Captain Chair, Lower and Upper Body Strength Training and burned 701 Calories.

For Breakfast I had Oikos Honey Yogurt with a small Banana, and PB with my usual coffee.

Totally unrelated: If anyone from Oikos is reading this, can you please please please ship some Caramel Oikos to Keyfood in Queens! I want to try it like WOAH! lol

My goal is to only eat 1200 calories today and try to undo the damage that I caused ayer…

I hope everyone is enjoying their Super Bowl Sunday…I don’t plan to go to any parties today because I don’t trust myself around food lol. Plus I would rather watch Lifetime haha
