I am so sorry for being MIA for the past couple of days  but I was in a small funk but THANKFULLY I shaked it off and I am back to my fabulous self!

Workouts:

Wednesday: 15 minutes of Kickboxing; 157 Calories

Wednesday: Jackie Warner’s Total Body workout; 340 Calories…I love love love this workout!

Friday: Jillian’s Kickboxing DVD, Jackie’s Workout; 629 Calories.

Friday: Cleaned off the snow from my car and shoveled alllllll around it for over 1 hour and burned 585 Calories…SCORE!

I am off to catch up on blogs! I have been a bad bloggie lol

  6. I missed you -- glad you're de-funk-a-fyed! I'm funky lately, too...been bad about keeping up with everyone! I have this hacking cough that's been really draining me for a week now! I need that tea you've been sippin' on!!

    The take-out looks SO good! I just told my husband that I now want take-out for dinner :)

  13. Look at those eats!!! So healthy, good for you. I know all about blog funks, and life funks, so no need to apologize, we all understand! At least your funk didn't effect your health, because these are some of the healthiest eats I'm seen from you, look at all that healthy fat and all those servings of fruit and veg, go MARI!

  23. We all deserve days off from blogging. It takes up so much time and effort.. I used to beat myself up if I wouldn't post for a few days but now I realize that if I don't have anything to say then don't post because I usually end up writing a bad post anyway. You got some definite food porn on your hands here.. Hello quesadilla and black beans. Looks divine!

  25. What is a Funk? Glad you got out of it anyway. lol. I wasn't away anywhere, but my other half decided to give birth! Not like we weren't expecting it, but the whole labour thing, and what newborns are capable of, it was all far worse than expected lol. So have been busy cleaning away nappies, and walking around at 3am with a screaming baby. LOL!
