Ding Dong…

Hey loves!!! I know I have been MIA but I just needed a break from the computer…I’m sorry for neglecting your blogs =/ but I hope to catch up once I am done posting.

Car Update: As of today, I still have not heard anything…I went to the DMV and Insurance office on Friday and cancelled everything. It has been a tough couple of days but my family has really helped get my mind off of it. Unfortunately I have done a lot of emotional/mindless eating.

Eats & Workouts

Friday night for din din I made myself a Green Monster with Spinach, 1/2 a Banana, 1/2 Kashi Oatmeal Packet, Peanut Butter, Light Chocolate Muscle Milk, and Splenda

My sister was going out with her boyfriend so I decided to have a sleepover with home fries! And you can’t have a sleep over without some S’mores lol

We enjoyed these while we watched Harriet The Spy: Blog Wars! (how fitting lol)

***************************

Saturday Morning I woke up and did Jackie Warner’s Total Body Workout and Foam Roller Stretch while home fries watched and I burned 437 Calories in 1 hour.

I then refueled with a Green Monster made with Spinach, Peanut Butter, Chocolate Light Muscle Milk, Strawberries, Splenda, and 1/2 a Banana.

We then got dressed and my mom took us to Hailey’s Dance Class. We dropped her off and then my mom and I went to Home Depot to pick up some pots and plants. We then picked up home fries from class and met my sister and her boyfriend at IHOP. I tried to make the best choice while I was there and NOT depriving myself. I ordered the Strawberry Banana Pancakes: Four Pancakes filled with slices of fresh Bananas and crowned with cool Strawberry Topping, more Bananas and whipped topping (695 Calories)

So Freaking delish!!!!!!!!!

After Lunch we headed to the Cemetery to go see my grandmother and on the drive there, Hailey and I snacked on some Robin Eggs

DSCN5895

After the Cemetery we went to the mall and spent the afternoon shopping…

For din din we picked up some food from Ginza…I had 2 pieces of Godzilla roll, 2 pieces of Shrimp Tempura roll, 2 pieces of Spicy Shrimp Roll, and Kani Salad.

After din din my sis and I headed back to my place on the bus. While I was at the bus stop I noticed this cute guy driving a tow truck and we made eye contact but he kept driving so I paid it no mind. Then all of sudden he drives BACK (going the wrong way on the street) and stops right in front of me! “I just wanted to know if that pretty smile has a phone number”…I thought that was pretty cute so I said my phone number in like 10 seconds because my bus was coming and didn’t want to miss it lol. THEN my sis and I got off the bus and walked to her house so she could get some pj’s and we saw him again! He works at the Garage a block from my sister’s house (and 4 blocks from me). We chatted for a bit and he seems nice so let’s see what happens…

My sister and I then headed back to my place and we watched Friday the 13th while I enjoyed Ralph’s Strawberry Cheesecake Ice

*************************************

Sunday Morning I enjoyed Oikos Honey Yogurt with 1/2 a Banana and Peanut Butter for Breakfast.

And for Lunch I made my famous Tofu Stir-Fry.

DSCN5905

Din din was supposed to be a Green Monster since I am doing the Challenge but I only had one thing on my mind…Onion Rings, Cheese Fries and Shake from the Diner…I didn’t snap a picture…

Like I said, this weekend consisted of a lot of mindless eating! I blame it on the grieving process

*******************************

This morning I woke up and told myself that I could not have breakfast until I worked out! I know myself and the way I have been feeling these past few days, I KNEW that if I didn’t do it in the morning, I would not do it at all! I ended up doing Jillian’s Kickboxing, Upper Body Strength Training, and Yoga Stretches and burned 445 Calories.

For Breakfast I decided to make my own yummy Banana Pancakes! They were delish! I would have never thought of mixing in Banana slices into the Batter! BRILLIANT!

Ding Dong!

Today I got two fabulous packages in the mail! First I got my “green bags” from Oikos! Kristina was so sweet and included a Water Bottle AND coupons! And a very sweet card… I seriously love love love Stonyfield! They CARE about their customers!!!!!!!

DSCN5915

AND care about the planet!

 DSCN5917

Thank you Kristina!!!!!!!!

Then I got another package…my shirts from Victoria’s Secret! I didn’t realize that some of the shirts were completely see through ((((gasp))))

  2. Sounds like an exciting weekend! I won't comment about the delicious looking (and sugar filled) food choices. Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do! Those pancakes look ammmmazing.
So you gave this random guy your phone number? Yikes. I don't think I would do that. I'm very protective over that kind of stuff. Either way, I hope he calls and ends up being a GREAT guy!! That was a nice compliment he gave you :) You do have a fantastic smile.
