Training & Popchips Giveaway Winner!!!!!

Hello my loves! I hope everyone is having a great week =). I can’t complain on this end…life is good =)

Before I show you my eats and workouts, let me announce the winner of my Popchips Giveaway! The winner is….HA Just Kidding! you have to wait until the end of the post hehehe


Ayer for Breakfast I had Kashi Oatmeal with PB and Banana and my usual cafe con leche on the side.


My phone was acting up so I had to go to Sprint and after 2 hours of waiting around, they finally gave me a “new” one. At least I got to spend time at Tar-Jay while they held my phone hostage lol.

For Lunch I made a kick ass Quesadilla! It had 2% Mexican Blend Cheese, Onions, Peppers, Avocado, Amy’s Refried Beans, Salsa, and Sour cream! This was A-MAZING!


For din din I made Tofu and Brussels Stir-fry with PB, Teriyaki Sauce, Red Pepper Flakes, and Hot Szechuan Sauce…you may notice that my Mushrooms are missing and that’s because they grew FUR! Gross!!!!!!! I just brought them 2 days ago so I took them back to the store this morning lol.


For Dessert I tried the New Yoplait Caramel Parfait…


I loved that it was nice and thick (hmm that sounded naughty lol). I will buy this again =)



This morning for Breakfast I had a Lemon Zest Luna Bar before heading to the gym….


My lunch was inspired by the fabulous Naomi. She made a Tofu Salad ayer and I just had to try it! I mixed together Tofu, French Onion Laughing Cow Wedge, Hot Szechuan Sauce, Garlic Powder, and Honey Mustard…scooped it into a low carb wrap…yuuuums! Thanks Naomi!!!!


I paired it with a Green Monster made with Spinach, 1/2 a Banana, tbsp PB, 1 scoop of LMM, and Splenda



Tuesday: Day 1 of Week 9 of C25K (AT THE PARK!) 5 min warm up, 30 min Jog, and 5 min cool down; burned a total of 450 Calories. Thank you Jess and Amanda for listening to me whine ayer about my shin pain! you two are so amazing and supportive!

Today: 50 minutes on the elliptical and 30 minutes of Strength Training and burned 781 Calories! NICE. I really wanted to run but I took the advice Jess gave me, and took it easy today. I don’t want to be injured for my 5k…she said something that stuck with me. “Do you want to run tomorrow or do you want to run for the rest of your life”. That made my choice easy….
