What are you doing to celebrate Earth Day??????

**********************************

I had such a great time ayer at Cheesecake Factory for my mommy’s birthday (thank you for all the fabulous bday wishes for mi mama)

I started with 2 Cheese Quesadilla Pieces with Sour Cream, Guacamole, and Salsa

And for my main course I got the Thai Noodle Salad with Asian Noodles, Mango, Mixed Greens, Carrots, Tomatoes, Peanuts, and Grilled Shrimp instead of Chicken.

THIS WAS AMAZING!!!!!!!! My eye lit up when I took the first bite lol…It was a pretty big portion so I saved 1/2 for din din tonight.

I REALLY wanted dessert but I didn’t want all those calories, do you know that the slice that I wanted was 1050 CALORIES!!!! GASP

Instead my sister and I split the Kahlua Cocoa Coffee Cheesecake which was 860 Calories for the entire slice

Here are some pictures from last night

My Hermana, niece, and my sister’s boyfriend.

My mom and me

They had a Carousel in the Mall which home fries loved!

This morning I woke up at 6:15 and had 1/2 a Banana

And then headed to the park for a workout; Walk to Park 1.2 Miles, Jog in Trails 2.6 Miles, Walk back home and Stretch….810 Calories in 1 hour and 25 minutes…

For Breakfast I had Caramel Oikos with the other 1/2 of the Banana, and a Chocolate and Banana Protein Muffin

And my usual Cafe con Leche

I hope everyone has a great day! Do something special to celebrate Earth Day…hmmm maybe don’t eat meat today or plant a flower, OR leave your car at home while you run errands =)

Namaste…

  13. OMG CHEESECAKE! The noodle salad looks fabulous and bigger than ever. Happy Earth Day! I made a point to not grab a water bottle and just use tap with a glass. I have used two paper cups though for tea. I also recycled my salad container, which is a daily thing anyway!

  25. I completely missed earth day, but it was cancelled in the UK, we were under an "ash cloud". :)

So no sneaky burgers recently, I am MOST impressed sister Mari, I even get tired and hungry, reading about all your exercise!

P.S. you look alot like your mother, much more so than I do. lol.

  26. P.P.S. Do the chesecake factory still sell the "Tons of Fun Burger", that used to be my favourite.

It was held together with skewers, although it wasn't very calorific for me, as I always used to drop half of it on the floor, trying to eat the thing. :D
