Inhale Yoga…

This morning I woke up before my alarm even went off and I KNEW it was going to be a fabulous day! The sun was peaking in through my blinds and all I wanted to do was some YOGA! and not just ANY Yoga…I was in desperate need of some Inhale Yoga with Steve Ross on the Oxygen Channel.


If you are a yogi and are looking for an advanced Yoga Session with some Motown Music and Old School Reggae music, I totally recommend this routine. Steve Ross does not take himself too serious and the whole time he is cracking jokes with his students but pushes them beyond their comfort level. Which brings me to another reason why I love Inhale Yoga…the people who are doing the practice with you, are REAL people and you get to see variations of different poses to fit your comfort level.


Today the practice consisted of some balance poses such as Standing Head to Knee Pose


Strength Poses such as Chaturanga


And Flexibility….Pigeon Pose


I felt AMAZING when I was done with my practice…and I am carrying that feeling in everything I do today!

  6. I still have yet to find a yoga place that i like in Chicago!! The classes they offer at my gym are always during working hours! :(
