Missed Me???

Hello my loves! Did you miss me??? because I missed all of you! This weekend I spent most of time with my family or STUDYING or with Heidi and Spencer! ha…please tell me that I was not the only one sucked into the The Hills marathon on MTV! lol

Friday I spent most of my day shopping with my mom and sister…I got some cute t-shirts at Old Navy and we also went to our local Tar-Jay and they unveiled the new Fresh Produce Dept! I think I heard angels sing when I walked in lol

Saturday I had an amazing 3 mile run at the park and then when I looked down and it looked like a tinkled on myself! I went to Sports Authority with my family and got some dry-fit Nike Pants! I am so happy to hear that some of you girls have gone through the same thing! You guys made me laugh via twitter…thanks!

We then went to a flea market in Long Island which was HORRIBLE! At least I got some cardio while I walked around =)

Sunday I spent all day Studying and watching The Hills!

Sunday Lunch was a Low Carb Wrap with Mushrooms cooked in Trader Joe’s Eggplant Garlic Spread and Part Skim Mozzarella

Din Din was Morningstar Farms “Buffalo” wings with Honey Mustard and a Green Monster with Spinach, Chocolate LMM, Light Silk Chocolate Soy Milk, Strawberries, and Splenda…not the most photogenic food lol

Workouts…

Saturday- 1 Mile walk to Park, 3 mile Jog in the Trails, 1 Mile walk back home, and Stretch (925 Calories)

Today- Personal Training with Jackie Warner with 8lb Weights, Yoga. and Foam Stretch (512 Calories)

I am off to have lunch, catch up on blogs, and study! have a great Monday!!!!!

  5. Brownie obsession looks so good. I know you weren't the only one watching The Hills...some of my friends were twittering about it. I'm glad I didn't flip the TV on because I probably would've been hooked!

    I tried to look for the lasagna at Trader Joe's the other day but couldn't find it!!

    ummm i thought I was the only one who was sucked in! it was amazing to see the difference in heidis apperance from 2006 to the last season wow...she looks...interesting

    you are loving those muffins! i am thinking up new recipes and twists on it so be on the look out! I just got bannana nut protein powder! that will be used in them soon!

    Ugh brownie obsession looks so amazing and delicious! I love the oreo madness from there too! But Andy is not a fan of Fridays so we rarely ever go.

  21. how do you figure out how many calories you burn in a work out? i was interested in doing this. i heard somewhere its about 80 cal per mile regardless?

    I love Nike Dri-fit- I wear their tank tops. Oh-so-cute clothes. Gotta look good for my trainer (eeek- did I just confess for the first time that I think he is kind of hot?!)

    Oh, btw, Wii Fit is going well .. almost everyday for me! Not more than 30 mins though .. that's as much as I can get with baby B around!

    Mari - thought of you again this morning as I finished my 30 minute Yoga AM - especially when the instructor said "Namaste!"

    It's such a great way to start the day - its slow, but you are using your muscles and it just feels . . . good!
