TGIGF!!!!!

Thank Goodness It’s (Good) Friday!!!!!!! It is such an amazing day in NYC! The type of day where you just want to go outside and feel the warm sun on your skin.

Eats & Workouts

Thursday Morning for Breakfast I made myself Sweet Eggs with Egg Whites, Raspberry SF Preserves, Cinnamon, Splenda, Light Laughing Cow French Onion Wedge, and Vanilla Extract and put it in a Low Carb Wrap.

This morning I woke up and just had to get out of the house! I fueled up with some Silk Light Chocolate Soy Milk, put on my workout gear and was ready to GO GO GO! I walked 1.3 miles to the Park and then Jogged around the track for 2 Miles and then walked back home another 1.3 miles and enjoyed a nice loooooooong foam roller stretch! (Burned 1089 Calories). It is so gorgeous today! I am heading to my mom’s house later and can’t wait for another great walk!

For Breakfast I made myself another Green Monster, exactly like the one I made ayer
