Thinking Cap…

Hello my loves! I hope you guys enjoyed Sarah’s Guest Post on my blog ayer. Thanks again Sarah!

My days have consisted of a lot of this…this shit is hard!


Eats and Workouts…


I woke up bright and early and headed to the park. I knew if I didn’t do it once I got up, I probably wouldn't do it at all…first I fueled up with a glass of Chocolate Light Soy Milk…


I then headed to the track for my workout…which went a little something like this…


  • Walked to the Track
  • Jogged around the track .25 miles to Calibrated Nike+  (I had to get a replacement)
  • Jogged another 2.18 Miles
  • Jogged on Trail .55 Miles
  • Walked to Dunkin Donuts to get two pounds of Coffee
  • Walked back home
  • Foam Roller Stretching
  • Stats: Walked 3.7 Miles, Jogged 2.98, Total Time 2 hrs and 35 minutes, Calories Burned 1207

I could not WAIT to eat breakfast after I was done! I made Chocolate Protein Pancakes:

  • 1/2 cup Fiberone Pancake mix
  • 1/2 scoop Chocolate Light Muscle Milk (I will use a full scoop next time)
  • Water
  • Splenda

I then topped it with Jif Natural Peanut Butter and Light Syrup and paired it with a HUGE mug of Cafe con Leche


I did some studying and than ran some errands with my family which included getting some much needed fruits and veggies!

We then went to Pizza Hut for Lunch…I have been craving Pizza Hut since last week!

I started off with a salad which consisted of  Lettuce, Sunflower Seeds, Chickpeas, Noodles, Sprinkle of Cheese, and French Dressing


We got a family meal which included 2 medium Pies, Cheesy Bread, Soda (and the Salad)

We decided on the Meat Lovers (for them)



And we all enjoyed the Veggie Lovers!!!! I had 2 slices of this pie…


And 1 Cheesy Bread Stick…



I wanted Blue Cheese but I remembered that it was around 250 Calories for the little packet so I passed. Next time, I will sneak in my own Light Bottle lol

I was not really hungry for din din so I had a Green Monster “Ice Cream”

  • Spinach
  • 1 scoop of Light Chocolate Milk
  • 8 Strawberries
  • 1 cup of Silk Light Chocolate Soy Milk
  • Splenda


This was A-wait for it-MAZING!



I woke up and really wanted to workout but my body was not having any of it…my legs felt like J E L L O! I ended up only doing 30 half assed minutes of Jillian’s No More Trouble Zones, Namaste Yoga for Distance Runners, and Foam Roller Stretching and burned 370 Calories.

For Breakfast I had an oldie but a goodie…Kashi Oatmeal with PB and a Small Banana with my usual Cafe con Leche

Lunch was 2 left over slices of Pizza



With Light Blue Cheese Dressing



And Protein Cookie Dough for Dessert


Din Din was light again, another Green Monster “Ice Cream” minus the Chocolate Light Muscle Milk…I will never make THAT mistake again…It didn't taste that  good without it =/…I enjoyed it while I did some more studying…



This morning I went to the gym for a sweat session but first I had a glass of Light Soy Chocolate Milk


I then started my workout

  • Walk to the Gym
  • 2 mile Jog on Treadmill
  • Upper Body Strength Training
  • Walk Home
  • Stretch
  • Stats: 1.5 hrs and 802 Calories Burned

For Breakfast I had OIAJ with a Banana and my usual Cafe con Leche

    yay for studying the muscles, youa re going to be an expert after this!! you can just think of me dissecting a cat in college...that was an experience. At one point you just forget that it was once an anmial and just get in there!!

    pizza looks so good! I love mine packed with veggies!

    the pizza looks good. If you got extras that need getting rid of... i dont live too far LOL.
    And i walk Mickey pretty early on the weekends. maybe we can hit the track togehter???

  9. Hey! I found that muscle milk at the GNC. It was cookies and creme right or was there a cookie dough? But now I know where to get it.

    That pizza looked wonderful. I love Pizza Hut too.

  19. Nick uses blue cheese on his pizza too!! haha, I always make fun of him, although I'll admit, it's pretty darn good! I used to LOVE Pizza Hut pizza as a kid, now I'm a Donato's girl :)
    I can't get over how much PB is in everyone's OIAJ. Not because I think it's a lot for you to eat, but because if you were to see my own jars of PB when I am down to the bottom, you will see how crazy I am. I scrape every last bit, as I go down, so it's completely FREE of PB by the time I am done (it's kind of an obsession)! Yet another reason why I can't and won't make OIAJ. ha! Nick makes fun of me for that....
