Hey loves! I hope everyone is having a wonderful day! I am a little under the weather because of my allergies…I even had to miss a Mets game ayer =/ with my two favorite M’s….sad panda
Today I woke up and thought Darth Vader was sleeping next to me but NOPE it was just me haha
I have taken a little hiatus from running until my leg gets 100 percent better…I do miss it a lot but I know that this is what I have to do for the long run (pun intended). I have been doing a lot of weight training as well as breaking out some of my old workout DVDs like Turbo Jam.
Here are some eats of the past few days…
Oat Bran with Splenda, Cinnamon, and Vanilla Extract with a Banana and PB
Since I loved the Riserva Buitoni so much the other day, I decided to try their Whole Wheat Four Cheese Ravioli
I topped it with Sautéed Mushrooms, Vodka Sauce, and Reduced Fat Grated Parmesan
It was pretty good…I enjoyed the Riserva a little more BUT this was definitely a healthier alternative.
I have been snacking on homemade Chocolate and Banana Protein muffins with Chocolate Chips and Raisins while I study..

Amy’s Cheese Enchilada with a Muffin on the side
More of Buitoni Whole Wheat Ravioli with a Salad on the side with my POM Dressing and Pecans
Oikos Honey Yogurt with 1/2 a Banana, PB, and crumbled Muffin
Hot and Sour Soup…this made my throat feel so much better
A lot of Tea….
1% Cottage Cheese with Vanilla Extract and Splenda, crumbled Muffin, and PB
