Today was the 6th Annual Festival at my niece’s and little sister’s school and it was a Tribute to Michael Jackson…

The Principle kicked off the show…

The show started with the PreK students dancing to “Wanna be Startin’ Something”
Kindergarten (little sister’s grade) did “Shake Your Body Down to the Ground”
Hailey’s Grade (1st) did “Black or White”
3rd Grade did “Smooth Criminal”
4th grade danced to “Beat It”
They ended the show with the 5th graders performing “THRILLER!”

Eats…Ayer for Breakfast I had Oat Bran with Splenda and Cinnamon, with Strawberries and PB

For Lunch I had a

With some Triscuits with Laughing Cow French Onion Light Cheese

Anoche for dindin I had Shrimp and Onions in Tomato Sauce, Hot Sauce, Garlic Powder,and some other seasoning over some brown rice and a small side of mixed greens with Peanut Sauce.

And for dessert some Protein Cookie Dough…someone asked what was in this…it is 1/2 a scoop of Chocolate Light Muscle Milk with Splenda and 1 tbsp of PB all mixed up together with some water =)

And for Lunch I had Buitoni 4 Cheese Ravioli with Shrimp Cooked in Light I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter and Garlic with Vodka Sauce on top.

Workouts…
Sunday Night, I did a Boot camp workout on Exercise TV and burned 337 Calories
Monday Morning, I did my own Full Body Workout which consisted of some Resistance Training, Abs, Cardio, and Kettlebell…burned 478 Calories in 65 Minutes.
And Today, I did 20 minutes of Kettlebell moves before heading to the show and burned 167 Calories.
Before I go, I just want to tell you guys about this amazing Documentary that I watched the other day. It is called “Running the Sahara”, if you are a runner or just someone that cares about helping others…YOU MUST WATCH THIS! and maybe make a donation…thanks!

ReplyDeleteomg.. Hailey's school is the BESTEST!! that is quite adorable.. i make the tomato shrimpy thing also, but i add green peppers and onions so it's more like "caridad's" lol.. hope studying's going well :-)
