Wanna Do Some Yoga???

Hey loves! Before I even begin with my usual blogging…I would like to invite 2 Namaste Mari Readers to a wonderful event! Eats and Workouts….
Tuesday night for din din I made a Stir fry with Mushroom, Onions, Red Peppers, Tofu, Peanut Butter, Soyaki Sauce, Chili Bean Sauce, and Red Pepper Flakes on a Low Carb Wrap

I did not have an appetite at all ayer and didn’t really eat that much…I made some Chocolate And Banana Protein Muffins with Chocolate Chips around 1 PM and had 2 of them…one with PB and one without.

I forced myself to have din din which was Egg Whites with Strawberries in a Low Carb Wrap and topped with Oikos Honey Yogurt, Peanut Butter, and Cinnamon

Before bed I did Lean and Defined Yoga on Exercise TV and looooooooved it! I burned 284 Calories in 1 Hour

This morning I woke up and headed to the park for a workout; 2 mile walk to and from Park, 2.5 mile jog/walk at the park, and Stretch….
For Breakfast I had a Green Monster with Coffee, Spinach, 1/2 a Banana, Strawberries, Splenda, and Water

    I think i need to come over and hav eyou make this for me since my phobia of sweet eggs is getting in my way.

    funny I must have stolen your appetite. I just hoovered 4 rice cakes with laughing cow... then i ate a 1/4 of a cupcake. shhh!

  8. I love the wrap with the egg white on top - perfect combo! I wish I could win the yoga - yet another reason to live in NYC! Oh and yes, I am addicted to the Exercise TV videos. They are short but worthwhile. I did Pilates Abs today, it was a tough 10 minute workout!

  13. Ok so I have green monster coffee smoothies and have been toying with the idea of adding a banana or berries to it but wasn't sure how it would be with the coffee flavor. So it's good yes?!

    That tofu dish looks amazing, I must try that random collection o' goodness. And thanks for the reminder I need to whip up a batch of chocolate banana protein muffins soon :)

  18. Wow.... I never thought of having eggs sweet. I pretty much only have them with salsa. I guess ketchup is sweet, and I used to do that.... and French toast. Ok, the more I think about this, the less weird it is! Thats so rad.... I am totally going to try that one time!
