Well And Good IntenSati Event…

Hello my loves!!!! TGIF! I hope your day is flying by and you get to enjoy the weekend in no time =)

Incase I was not going too enough IntenSati Classes, I decided to go to the Well and Good IntenSati Event ayer which was being taught by my favorite leader, NATALIA! I arrived at the gym and found Missy in the crowd of people (they had a fabulous turnout)…once the music started, I was in my zone! Missy and I felt like rock stars because we knew mostly all the moves since we have been stalking attending Natalia’s classes! It was a great event! They even gave out a Lululemon gift bag to one lucky person…nope not me lol

After the class, Missy and I walked over to Whole Foods to get some din din…I was not feeling very well but I forced myself eat something. I eventually decided on a Shrimp and Avocado Spicy Roll with Brown Rice which we enjoyed in Union Square…

While we people watched…

DSCN8792BTW this dude kept saying that the White man was the devil..I told Missy to watch her back hahaha

Funny thing is, people were giving US strange looks when we were taking pictures of our food but yet this dude seemed perfectly normal! ::rolling eyes::

OH we also saw a Jumper! NOT! LOL This is part of:

“The life-size sculpture is among 31 statues of realistic-looking men by British artist Antony Gormley, installed on dangerous roofs and ledges of the city's most famous buildings early last month.”

This morning I woke up at 4:30 to attend my 11th InteSati Class! It totally made my day when Natalia told me that she read “My Story” on my blog! The fact that she took time out of her busy schedule to get to know me better, made me smile. But then I got bummed again when Missy pulled a NO SHOW! I TOLD YOU WHEN YOU WERE LEAVING THE TRAIN NOT TO DRINK TOO MUCH! REMEMEBER!  HA. Thankfully I made some new friends in the class so it was still fun =). Today Natalia focused on Cardio Burn! Which I like to call Cardio Death (I kid, the class was amazing as usual) but then she concluded the class with my favorite version of “Somewhere Over The Rainbow” by Israel Kamakamwiwo’ole and again I started to tear! I swear that I am turning into an emotional mess because of IntenSati but in a GOOD WAY!

I am sad though, Natalia is going on vacay and won’t be back until the 28th! ::gasp::

This morning when I got home from the City, I refueled with a Green Monster with Spinach, Strawberries, 1 scoop of chocolate LMM, 1 cup of FF Milk, Coffee, and Splenda

For Lunch I made myself a Tofu Sammie with Tofu, Laughing Cow French Onion Wedge, Garlic, Hot Sauce, Salt, and Honey Mustard and put it in a Nature’s Pride Whole Wheat Bun

AND incase it was not HOT enough, I added WASABI PEAS for good measure

And for dessert I had Chocolate and Banana Protein Muffin

  3. I'm so glad you are enjoying the classes! That's so great. And...your blog is becoming more and more famous :)

Love brown rice sushi. NYC has some characters. And...by the way, photographing food IS normal!

  4. Gotta love those crazy people in NYC. Who knew that food bloggers were more of a spectacle than crazy dressed up men! Weird.

  6. Those pics of the guy on the building are crazy. We once were driving and saw a fake giant looking bull on top of a mountain or something like that and it freaked us out.

  7. LOL I saw a pic of you taking a pic of the sushi! At least you had some entertainment along with the food---weird entertainment---but entertainment nonetheless!

And WTF is up with the sculpture? I could totally be an artist if thats art. Thats a little disturbing though.

  9. Oh weird! That jumper looks so real! I wonder how many people have called 911 about that, you know? If I saw that and didn't know it was fake, I might call 911, seriously!

I have been eating a ton of sushi lately, while traveling (Market District has the best sushi chefs!). I wish they gave me as much ginger as it looks like you got with yours. I love that stuff.

  10. I didn't know about that sculpture exhibit. I have to look it up and see where else there are statues.
