I noticed that I use the word “Quickie” quite a few times in my blog titles…I guess I like quickies lol. I am going to keep this post short because I am about to head to GNC and stock up on some goodies =)

My days have been great for the past few days but I feel like this week has gone in warp speed! Actually this whole month has…I can’t believe we are in October already. Before you know it, it will be Halloween.
My Eats have been pretty good…
Wednesday night was family night and my sis and homefries came over for din din…we ordered a Pie with Onions, Mushrooms, and Olives…
I also made my low fat lemon cheesecake which we enjoyed while we played Uno.
Ayer for breakfast I had a GM with Spinach, Banana, LMM, FF Milk, Coffee, and Splenda
For lunch I had Amy’s Cheese Enchilada….god I love these!
For din din I went to Red Lobster with my family…I started with a cup of New England Clam Chowder
And for my main course I had fried shrimp, shrimp scampi (didn’t finish it…too damn oily), asparagus, and piña colada dipping sauce…
This morning for breakfast I had Oat Bran with cinnamon and splenda with a tbsp PB and a Banana
With my usual cafe con leche
Which I enjoyed in my new Wonder Woman Mug!!!!! I heart it so much!
Namaste Mari fact…my first training bra was a wonder woman bra lol…that is when our love affair began =)
My workouts have been pretty laid back…I have been focusing on yoga, pilates, and for cardio; I have been doing the Start Walking Series from Walk away the Pounds or walking outside. My leg is still iffy but hopefully on Sunday it will be okay for the race ::fingerscrossed::
This should be a fun weekend…tonight I am going to a bar with Missy and then Sunday is the big day! What are your plans for this weekend????
