Domino’s UH OH!

Sooooo Last week I went on and on about how great Domino’s is and the improvements they have made on their Pizza, including the Pacific Veggie Pie (which I love).

But this post is quite the opposite…

The day of the Marathon, the Boy and I went back home STARVING so we decided to order Domino’s for din din. We placed our order via their convenient webpage at 5 PM. When 6ish rolled around and still no pizza, we called the local store and they claimed that it was out for delivery. We waited AND waited AND THEN WAITED SOME MORE! We called back at SEVEN and this time, they had no idea who we were so we asked to speak with the manager…she also seemed clueless about our order so at this point we were fed up and decided to cancel it but since it was placed on our credit card, we drove to the establishment to make sure that it WAS cancelled.

When we got there, we were greeted by another customer screaming at the employees because her order was also Missing In Action. When it was finally our time to speak with the manager, she claimed that they did not have my address (LIE BECAUSE YOU NEED TO ENTER IT ON THE WEBSITE AT THE TIME OF ORDER) and  that they called my phone two times to get it (LIES AGAIN BECAUSE THEY NEVER CALLED ME). Basically they f*cked up and tried to cover their asses by lying to us.  Suffice to say that we never got to eat their pizza and the treatment that we got, left such a bad taste in my mouth that I am not sure if I ever want to again…

Dear Dominos, YES you have improved your pizza and YES you have improved your website etc. but without simple courteous customer service…you are still the same old Domino’s…
