Hello my loves!!!!! I hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday season!!!! I feel like I should start my post with “Forgive me father, it’s been a month since my last post…” I seriously can’t believe that it has been THAT long since I posted!
A lot of changes are going on in my life…
1) I am SINGLE again! some of you already know this if we are friends on facebook. It has been a few months since it happened and I am taking it day by day…at first I regretted my decision but in the end, you have to follow your heart and keep on trucking!
2) I am no longer training for any specific races because I am officially qualified for 2012!!!! Now I am able just to run for fun AND mix in some other things into my routine, such as….

This workout is a lot of fun…it is very similar to TRX training!
I was slacking on my yoga practice but I am trying to do it (or pilates) at least 2 times a week….
I received this for my birthday last year and really enjoyed these workouts so I started to include them into my routine again….
Ohhhh and one more change…I have completely and utterly have turned into a cat person!!!!
