Happy New Year loves!!!!! I hope that 2012 has been kinder to you than she has been to me because she has been a ho bag to me! I brought in the new year, sick in bed! This was the first new year’s eve that I didn’t spend with my family which was pretty depressing but I knew there was no way that I could stay out and celebrate and I refused to bring them down….
On new year’s day I decided to finally make my vision board….
I gathered my magazines and got to work…
My little helper would get rid of the scraps for me…
He had a lot of work to do…
I wanted my board to focus on health and fitness so I made sure to include:
-nutritious foods
-fitness images
-Yoga (I have been seriously slacking)
-fitness clothes (hey I am a girl, and I love to shop)
-ING Marathon images…(I can’t believe I am actually doing this! eeeek!)
I also want to be in a loving relationship so I included an engagement ring photo and a image of a car with “I just got married” written on the back window
some other things that I included:
-Vacation images
-bull dog (so adorable!)
-SUV
-New bike
Soooo how am I doing in the nutrition front?
This morning I started my day with a green monster
For lunch I had Amy’s Enchilada
And for din din I made Thai Style Peanut Curry Tofu and Veggies which I paired with Trader Joe’s Masala Naan
And for dessert I had Edy’s All Natural Fruit Bar
Today was a pretty good day…I am going to press repeat tomorrow!!!!!
What do you see for yourself in 2012?
Namaste…

I LOVE the idea of making a vision board! I totally need that to stare at every time I want to eat a bowl full of chocolate. I hope you're feeling better love!
hahah Zen is too cute. I love how he helps with the scraps.
I need to make a visionboard. Love that idea.
I hope 2012 brings you everything you wish for (since she already gave you the flu!)
i made my dream board of all the things i want in my forever relationship. I am glad i took it out to look at it. I think i am on the right track and when im ready to share with the world, i will :-)
This was definitely a great day for you, keep it up :) Also, I love that you said loving relationship. You certainly deserve that and should settle for nothing less. Love ya!
Great idea with the vision board. I just posted my goals on my blog and hopefully I am at least partially successful with all of them. I feel like I have most of 2012 taken care of because I will be traveling a lot and most of it is booked so I can already "see" part of 2012, assuming plans don't get messed up, which is entirely possible with the military. That's ok, I am still happy to be a military spouse.
Awesome idea with the vision board. I think they are great! For 2012, I'm trying to watch my potty mouth and get back to my goal weight. It feels like it's taking FOREVER!
