Lifestyle & Weight Management Coach…

I just realized that it has been almost one month since my last blog post and that is just ridiculous! No wonder my readership is down the toilet…bad blogger.. BAD.

But I promise I have a good reason for being MIA…the past couple of months have been crazy for me.

First, I worked my ass off in the gym and went up one tier. I am officially a Pro trainer (In order to become pro trainer, you have to hit a certain amount of sessions in one month and also have a specialty). I practically lived in the gym in March and hit the number of sessions that I needed (and a little extra…). I remember going into my boss’s office in the beginning of March and saying to her “this is the month, I am hitting pro”. I am a true believer in the power of positive affirmation!

Onto the next big news….I am now a Lifestyle and Weight Management Coach!


What exactly is a LWMC? Here is a brief description from ACE

Become an ACE-certified Lifestyle & Weight Management Coach

Your clients want to lose weight. They come to you for help – but many of them have health, lifestyle and fitness barriers getting in the way. As an ACE-certified Lifestyle & Weight Management Coach, you will be able to identify those barriers and design plans to help clients overcome them.
