Hey loves!!!!!! I hope everyone in the East Coast is stocking up on groceries before this storm hits us tomorrow!
I had to ask my mom to drive me to Trader Joe’s this morning instead of taking the bus like I usually do because I am currently a Gimp! Tuesday night we had rain and since it was really cold, most of it turned into black ice soooo this lucky girl fell down yesterday morning after training my client and it resulted in a bruised swollen knee.
Swelled up pretty bad last night…
Advantage of being a gimp? Getting the chance to stay home and make a yummy breakfast!
I picked this up at Trader Joe’s this morning and O M G it is deeelish
I spread some of this baby on my paleo banana pancakes (Almond Flour+banana+vanilla protein powder+sweetener+egg whites)
I am not going to lie, I was craving a Belgium waffle with ice cream and bacon on the side but opted to make something at home instead and I am so glad that I did. This whole meal including my bacon and coffee with half and half was only 385 Calories! Some days it is easier to fight off the cravings than others…what are some things you do when you are craving some “naughty” food?
