Remembering A Friend…Fit Blog LA and Workout Wednesday…

Hello loves!!!!

Before I get into this post, I first want to take a moment to remember everyone that was lost 12 years ago today…including my sister’s childhood best friend, Giovanna…RIP

A few months back I attended Fitness Magazine’s: Blogger Meet and Tweet and had such a wonderful time. I got to meet other bloggers, listen to great speakers, worked out with Tara Stiles AND how can we forget alllllll the amazing goodies!

Today’s Workout Wednesday is all about bringing your Sexy Back…literally! Today we will focus on our core.
You will perform 3 Rounds of 20 reps of each of the moves, with a 2-3 minute break between each round. If you are short on time, complete two rounds.



Home Modifications: For 3 and 4, you can either use suspension straps (e.g. TRX) or resistance bands. For move number 6; if you don’t have access to a pull-up bar, you can do pikes (or knee tucks) with a balance ball. Another modification is to use a towel: come into Plank position on a smooth surface with your feet on a towel and bring your knees to your chest:
