I have a fun Workout Wednesday routine to share with you!!!!! All you need to complete this routine is 1 Kettlebell (you can substitute a dumbbell if you don’t have one), two dumbbells, and an Interval Timer!! Easy Peasy…right? NOPES! Set your timer (I use gymboss) to 12 Rounds of 30 seconds Rest and 50 Second effort. if you are short on time, I promise that 2 rounds will kick your booty but you can’t half ass it.
