Weight Loss Rebels and Workout Wednesday….

Hello my loves!!!!

After my post last week in regards to my struggle with binging; I received so many supporting messages, emails, etc. and I want to thank you all for reaching out to me! I am happy to say that it has been 6 days since I binged!!!! Knowing that I have an amazing support system makes this so much easier.
