Workout Wednesday…Get SHIIT Done!

Hey my loves!!!!!! Is it me or are the weeks flying by? I swear, I just created a routine.

This week’s workout requires ZERO equipment (unless you count a kick ass sports bra) so that means ZERO excuses! All the moves are Plyo but you can modify it to suit your needs; example pulse squats instead of pop squats.

I am a huge fan of HIIT workouts because they are super efficient and don’t take up too much time. In order to do a HIIT workout appropriately, you need to make sure that you incorporate recovery time.  
This workout will be 5 rounds of 5 moves with 20 seconds Rest (you may adjust this if you need longer time to recover) and 30 seconds of Effort. I used my Gymboss (they also have an app) and set it to 25/20/30
