If you follow me on Instagram, you probably saw that I tried to make these last week but they ended up sinking in after I took them out of the oven. I made some tweaks to the recipe and they came out much better this time!!!!
They are still a little sunk in but it makes a perfect spot to smear some Nut Butter!
Gluten Free Chocolate and Banana Protein Muffins
1 Cup of Almond Meal (I used Trader Joes)
2 Ripe Bananas
1/2 cup of Apple Sauce
3 scoops of Chocolate Protein Powder (I used Muscle Milk)
1/3 cup of Egg Whites
1.5 TSP Baking Powder
.5 TSP Baking Soda
Bake at 350 for 20 – 25 minutes
