For the past couple of weeks, it has been “go go go” and now with the new year approaching it is time to settle down into our regular routines. Most of you have set goals (I hate the word resolutions) for 2014 and I have too…
One of the things that I want to include more of into my life is Yoga (this feels like déjà vu lol). For some reason when I get focused on other things (strength training, running, etc.) yoga gets put on the back burner and I want to stop this. I always feel so relaxed even after 20 minutes of practicing sooooo this brings me to my January Yoga Challenge!!!!
For the month of January, I will make it a point to do Yoga for all 31 days! I’ve been doing my yoga practice for the past two days and noticed that the moves are not coming as easy as before so I think this will be perfect for my body. Hopefully by the end of January, my my flexibility will improve and I will find balance, both physically and mentally.

The great thing about yoga is that you can do it anywhere, if you can’t make it to a studio. Yoga Journal always has workouts you can do at home and you can also download an App such as Pocket Yoga which will walk you through all your moves.
