Hi Loves!!!!!! Workout Wednesday is Back! (Singing “don’t call it a comeback”) I am excited to start WW again and even included a video to demonstrate the moves that we will be doing this week.
For this week’s workout, you will need a Kettlebell 10-30lbs or a dumbell will work as well and you also need an Interval Timer. I recommend either using a gymboss timer or their app which is also great.
2-4 ROUNDS 10 MOVES/30 REST/40 EFFORT
1. RUSSIAN SWINGS
2. KETTLEBELL BENTKNEE DEADLIFT AND BURPEE
3. KETTLEBELL CLEAN AND PRESS RIGHT SIDE
4. KETTLEBELL CLEAN AND PRESS LEFT SIDE
5. KETTLEBELL SUMO SQUAT AND UPRIGHT ROW
6. SQUAT JUMPS
7. PUSH PLANK
8. PIKE UPS
9. BUTTERFLY SITUP
10. BURPEES
