Workout Wednesday Seven Seven Seven…

Happy Wednesday my loves!!!!! I am not feeling that great today but I wanted to share this week’s WW routine with ya’ll.

This workout totally made me think of this Friends Episode lol

SEVEN

As you can tell, it will be Seven Moves haha. You will need 1 Kettlebell or 1 Dumbbell; ranging from 10-20 pounds…challenge yourself

3-4 ROUNDS

1. KETTLEBELL GOBLET THRUSTER 15 REPS

2. REVERSE LUNGE AND PRESS 12 REPS EACH SIDE

3. WALK OUT PLANK WITH KNEE CROSS 10 REPS

4. PLANK SHOULDER TAP 10 ES

5. RUSSIAN TWIST WITH LIFT 12 REPS

6. FROG JUMPS 15 REPS

7. PLANK HOLD 60 SECONDS
