Monday Morning Rambles:What 300 Days of Yoga has taught me…

Good morning my loves! Today I hit a milestone…300 Days of Yoga! Watching the video below actually makes me a tad emotional.

During these 300 days, I learned something that has changed my life for the better. Below, I talk about how I WANT to a better person and refuse to let negative people bring me down and spread their negative aura on me. I also speak about a yummy new cookbook that I just purchased.
