Hey loves! I wasn’t planning to post a workout vlog today since I can’t physically do anything right now because I fractured my ankle ayer while running (stupid pothole!). I headed out ayer in the morning for a 3 miler and half way through, I stepped into the pothole and I felt my bone just crack. I wobbled to a pole on the corner and just stood there crying like a baby…I joked with my friend Margo (Brooklyn fit chick) that I must have looked like the saddest prostitute in Queens haha. Thankfully my dad lived a few blocks away and he was able to come get me and drive me to the ER. Two things that I learned yesterday: Always carry my phone with me for emergencies (I used to always leave it at home) AND ALWAYS SHAVE YOUR LEGS! Holy hell, I was so embarrassed haha
Buuuuut this is a perfect excuse to share an older workout that I love. You won’t need any equipment besides an interval timer.
