Do you ever feel like the whole world is on your shoulders? I am sure most of you answered yes and if you said no, I want to know what your secret is. Well since the weight of the world is on our shoulders…it only seems right that we make them strong. For today’s workout you will need a set of dumbbells. I usually use 10-20lbs depending on the move. Find what works for you…and make sure you challenge yourself.
SHOULDERS AND LEGS
1. SUMO AND UPRIGHT ROW 10-12 REPS
2. STANDING SHOULDER PRESS 12 REPS
3. ONE ARM KETTLEBELL SQUAT 10 REPS
4. SAME ON OTHER SIDE
5. RUSSIAN SWINGS 15 REPS
6. LATERAL RAISE 10-12 REPS
7. ARNOLD PRESS 10-12 REPS
8. PIKE PUSHUP 10 REPS
